  • We deliver all over Pakistan.
  • Some remote or high-risk areas may require extra delivery time or may not be serviceable.
  1. Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, processing starts after order confirmation by call/SMS/WhatsApp.
  1. Delivery Time
  • Major cities: 2 to 4 business days
  • Other cities/areas: 3 to 7 business days

  • The courier company will contact you before delivery if needed.

  • Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
  • You can track your order using the courier’s tracking system.
  1. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
  • If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address or phone number, delivery may fail.
  • In such cases, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges or the order may be canceled.
  1. Refused Parcels
  • If a customer refuses to accept the parcel without a valid reason, future COD orders may be blocked.
  1. Damaged or Missing Parcels
  • If your parcel arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please:
    • Take photos or video before opening (if possible)
    • Contact us immediately at support@sanforisky.com
  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  1. Changes to Orders
  • Once an order has been shipped, address or product changes are not possible.
