- Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-returnable items include:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Personal care products
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Perishable items like fruits/vegetables

Please include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return.
Once your request is approved, we will send you return instructions.
Return shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive a confirmation email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include photos of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping if applicable.
- Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- After 24 hours, the order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
