Cash on Delivery Policy

At Sanforisky, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option for customers across Pakistan. Please read this policy carefully before placing a COD order.

  1. What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Cash on Delivery means you pay in cash to the courier at the time your order is delivered to your address.

  1. Availability of COD
  • COD is available only within Pakistan.
  • COD may not be available for some remote or high-risk areas.
  • We reserve the right to disable COD for certain locations, customers, or high-value orders.
  1. Order Confirmation
  • All COD orders must be confirmed by phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.
  • If we are unable to contact you or you do not confirm your order, your order may be canceled.
  1. Refused or Unaccepted Parcels
  • If a customer refuses to accept the parcel without a valid reason, this will be recorded.
  • Repeated refused or fake orders may result in:
    • Permanent COD blocking
    • Future orders requiring advance payment
  1. Customer Responsibility
  • You must provide a complete and correct address and active phone number.
  • You must ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the parcel at the delivery address.
  • You must pay the full invoice amount to the courier upon delivery.
  1. Opening Parcels Before Payment
  • Courier companies in Pakistan do not allow opening the parcel before payment.
  • If there is any issue with the product, you can request a return or exchange after receiving it according to our Return Policy.
  1. Cancellation of COD Orders
  • You can cancel your COD order before it is shipped by contacting us.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  1. High-Value Orders
  • For high-value orders, we may require:
    • Partial advance payment, or
    • Full advance payment
  1. Right to Refuse Service

Sanforisky reserves the right to:

  • Refuse COD service to any customer
  • Cancel any COD order without prior notice in case of suspicious activity or previous refusal history
